III. Additional Sellers
The maker is the primary seller. Members of you immediate legal family and partners actually involved in the making of the product are eligible to sell at the market. Employees that are paid to sell or manufacture the items are not eligible to sell. List below any family members or partners who will sell at the Market and who meet the additional seller criteria.

IV. Space size
Spaces are 10'x10' and  rent for a flat fee of $20 per day. There is no commission.
V. Space reservations
There will be a limited number of reserved booth spaces available. Requests for reservations will be accepted after March 1, 2010. Please see Member Handbook for reservation fees.
VII. Membership and Jury fees Payment
Annual Membership Dues $ 40.00
Jury Fee $ 10.00

The Annual Membership Dues must be paid before you can be assigned space.
Jury fee is non-refundable.

VIII. Market Agreement
I have read and understand the Corvallis Artisans Market Handbook and am bound by the terms and conditions outlined in it. I understand that the Corvallis Artisans Market has the right to modify the Member Handbook as necessary and that it is my responsibility to be updated of any rule changes. I agree to sell only what is listed on this application. Any other products will require another application. Vendor is responsible for the quality and safety of their product and vending space. Vendor shall indemnify and hold harmless Corvallis Artisans Market, the landlords and all their agents and employees.
